Why has my order not started yet?
Please be patient. Since we deliver real installs and ratings, we will have to do orders slowly one after each other. On top of that - once you purchase our service, we will check your app to see if it is safe to start promotions (see how long the app been live, how many reviews you currently have etc.) so we can make sure it's all good to start along with the service. This may take roughlyΒ 2 - 8 days for your order to start. If you order has not yet started, then please contact us with your order number.

How do I know my order is starting?
Once you purchase the service, you will receive an email to thank you for your order and your details. After 2 - 8 days, once we start your order you will receive another email that your order is starting and we will keep you updated. Once your order is finished, we will send you the last email with the report.

Why do I need these promotions?
PromoteMy.App helps your app earn a higher ranking in Google Play either by getting more downloads, or by getting positive reviews. With a higher ranking, your app will be seen by more people, and will be more likely to get downloaded.

Are these real user installs?
Yes, all our installs and reviews are from real users and 100% safe.

Which offer should I use?
This will highly depends on what you need for your app. If for example, to improve your app's reputation, reviews and ratings are a better bet. If you still aren't sure, you can buy one of our packages, which cover every area of improvement.

What does a month retention means?
Months retention means that your application will be kept on our devices for at least a month. Google Play looks for these long-retention downloads, increasing your app's ranking even more.

Can I use this to earn revenue with ads for my app?
Please note that our services only provide the promotions for getting you app installs and reviews. While you can earn revenue because you will get more exposure due to installs and reviews, this process is only intended to get installs and reviews for your app, and not advertise your app.

I just placed my order, when will it start?
Once your order is placed, we will queue it. Queue takes around 2 to 8 days for the order to start. After that, the order will start and we will start sending you installs and reviews. TAT depends on the package you selected and may take up to a few days to complete. Once everything is done, we will send you a report on what we delivered. If you have any questions about TAT please contact us before hand so we can confirm for you on how long it will take roughly.

What happens if my reviews don't stick?
If for some reason we cannot process your order or your reviews won't stick you will get a full refund.

Is this safe for my app?
Our service is 100% safe. We take our time with orders to be 100% sure that we are all following the TOS of the store and to safely get you real installs and reviews. Our services are from real people, and all ratings and reviews won't have any problems on any apps.

Why does it take 2 - 8 days for my order to start?

What happens once I pay for my order?
Once you pay for your order, we will start processing it. You will receive an email saying that your order will start soon. We will then check information about your app and if we see everything is in order and all set, after 2 - 8 days your order will start and we will start sending you installs. If you also have reviews and ratings, then we will start delivering the reviews and rating after 4 - 7 days so we can leave the app installed for a bit. At this time, we will send you an email that your order started and we are sending you installs to your app so you can keep track. Once everything is ready, we will send you an email that your order is done and we will send you a report.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct payments on our website (visa, mastercard etc.) which are processed by STRIPE. We also accept alternative payments such as Skrill and Payoneer which are made by request.

How many installs do you send in a day?
The installs will highly depend on your app and how we see fit to stay safe for your app. We send around 100 - 800 / installs per day, and sometimes more depending on the package and on some apps. <strong> If you wish for us to send more installs in a day, then please contact us before making the order. </strong>

Why are reviews not appearing?
Reviews and ratings take some time to appear and we do them slowly. Please take time and wait for us to deliver everything and wait for the final email to check. You can also check on the developer console on the 'reviews' section.

What is your refund policy?
If for some reason all the reviews drop then we will issue you a full refund. If any few reviews drop, then we will replace them. If for some reason we cannot process your order, then we will issue you a refund. If you think our service isn't working then we will issue you a refund - but we will drop all the services you ordered from us. You can read more on our REFUND POLICY located in the footer section for more information. Refunds are made only if reviews will get deleted or removed from the store, or otherwise if we fail to start your order and deliver ANYTHING in the 30-day period.

Does this work for iOS?
No, our service is only for android. Please be sure that your app is live on the play store before ordering.

Is this safe for my app?

How can I see the installs you send?
You can check in your console developer of your app. Click on the app and then you can see the installs in New users acquired. We will also provide you with a final report at the end of the delivery.

Can I mix ratings with 4-star and 5-stars instead?
Yes, you can mix ratings instead to have 4-star and 5-star ratings. Please contact us before placing an order.

What are some examples of the review comments?
Reviews will be made mostly in English and some will be made in other language, but all will be positive ones. Our reviews will be generic ("Nice app!", "Great looking game, can you update more?", "Nice game to pass time!" etc.) - if you wish to provide your own reviews, you can order the Custom Review package instead.
